BLACK GHETTO WELFARE LOTTERY CHECK: Margaret Huddleston, 54, and her brother Berry Huddleston, 57, brother and sister struck and killed by a Metra train in August - Now family is suing saying the railroad should have repaired the hole in the fence they climbed through to illegally cross the tracks

We are not talking about some small children here but two middle age adults.....
The railroad should sue the families of the two dead idiots for trespassing on their property and for all of the cost from the resulting accident!

The family of a brother and sister struck and killed by a Metra train in August in Chicago are suing Burlington Northern Santa Fe and Metra, saying they failed to repair a large hole in a fence used by residents to cross the tracks.

Margaret Huddleston, 54, and her brother Berry Huddleston, 57, were hit by an eastbound Metra train on Aug. 7 as they walked near or between the elevated tracks around 21st Street and Homan Avenue.

The suit, filed Monday in Cook County Circuit Court, claims they had passed through a large opening in a fence at 2100 S. Homan Ave that has been there for more than 20 years.
